Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day.
No shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays. Communicate what the customer should expect incase of a high volume of orders, and if they should expect any delays. Let them know how you will communicate these changes.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for non-US and Canada countries.

ShirtHeaven is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
ShirtHeaven is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally.
Incase of products being shipped broken or printed wrong, customers should send the return (to address they get from contacting our support: firstname.lastname@example.org), they get a full refund.
